UK AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
When making a purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly completed and that a working telephone number is provided to avoid any delays.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
For any orders to destinations outside of the EU the recipient is liable for any and all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country that you are shipping to.
Payment of these is required to release your order from customs.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
To ensure that the most accurate shipping cost is displayed, we recommend that you click on the link and view our international shipping costs and european shipping costs.
We will only be accepting orders where the billing and shipping addresses are the same. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
SALE ITEMS AND FAULTY GOODS
Please note that we do not refund or exchange sale items.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase.
Please note that all items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase please fill in the returns form (found in the shipment box). Please note that replacement forms can be supplied by emailing email@example.com.
Returns are accepted 14 days after receiving your order.
Clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details.
If you would like to exchange the size or style, please inform us of the replacement style name and code where applicable on the returns form.
To request a refund the original payment method will be used.
After your request is sent to us you will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received within 48 hours.
Exchange of size(s) or style(s) is possible if the requested item(s) is in stock. If the required item)s) is not in stock then you have an option to order the style(s) and size(s) you wish to exchange the purchased item(s) for. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details and information about this service.
When requesting a refund for non-faulty item, please use the same method of shipping which was used to receive the item, i.e. recorded delivery. The customer is responsible for the safe return of all goods in their original condition with the original product hang tags still attached.
The same card details(the original payment method) should be used for any refunds.
If the item is returned because it is faulty, we will also refund your return shipping cost. Otherwise we do not cover the cost of return delivery.
