INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Europe may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

When making a purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly completed and that a working telephone number is provided to avoid any delays.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

For any orders to destinations outside of the EU the recipient is liable for any and all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country that you are shipping to.

Payment of these is required to release your order from customs.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

To ensure that the most accurate shipping cost is displayed, we recommend that you click on the link and view our international shipping costs and european shipping costs.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.


SALE ITEMS AND FAULTY GOODS

Please note that we do not refund or exchange sale items.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase.
Please note that all items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase please log on to your account at www.Lazul-london.com and follow the on screen instructions to request a refund.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of your order and returned to Lazul with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact within a further 10 days.

Please use the drop down menu on the website to tell us the reason for your return.

If you would like to exchange the size you can request this within the returns system where you will be able to place a new size. Please also complete the returns slip enclosed with your order.

Please note that you can only exchange an item for the same style of original purchase.

To request a refund the original payment method will be used.Once approved the funds will be replaced to the original card of purchase.

After your request is sent to us you will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received within 48 hours.
